Units |
The
group has 2 grinding, sizing, drying, blending
& packaging plants. The first plant
is situated 50 kms east of New Delhi in
Uttar Pradesh. The plant is equipped with hammer
mills, pulverizers, horizontal blenders
& packing machines for filling valve
type & open mouth bags.
The second facility in North Gujarat is a dedicated plant for grinding minerals. The plant is equipped with Raymond Type Roller Mills & Impact Pulverizers. Being close to huge amounts of mineral deposits, the plant has round the clock supply of best quality raw materials at the most competitive prices.

Laboratory |
PROEC has a fully functional mud lab attached
to its processing facility near New Delhi.
The lab is equipped with the following equipment:
Fann VG Meter, Multi-mixer model 9B, Roller
Oven, Aging cells, HTHP Filter Press, LTLP
Apparatus, Sand Content Kit, Ro-tap Sieve
Shaker, ASTM sieves (complete set), Centrifuge
Machine, Muffle Furnance, Hot Air Oven etc.
This lab is used for QA/QC purposes, product
development and R & D. |

| Warehousing |
| The company currently operates an 11000
sq ft warehouse in Gujarat. The warehouse
is strategically located near ports of export
& is used to stock multiple products.
Minimum inventories are maintained for each
product so that timely deliveries can be made
to overseas customers. |
